For ease of editing and maintenance, all page title rules are were separated into a separate titles.css file, which is imported by a linked master screen.css file.

4) Select the file on your computer, just like you were navigating to and opening a file in a word-processing program, and click "Open." The dialog box will close and the filename will now be filled in next to "File."
