This group is dedicated to the creation of "planets", so called polar panoramas that look like little planets. The “Polar Panorama Effect” is one of my favourite ways to process photos into unique pieces of art. It takes a panoramic (or at least a landscape-ish) photo and uses the Polar Coordinates filter (e.g. of Photoshop). I am preparing a tutorial on how to create these photos from "normal" photos. ParisPerdu aurait pu s'appeler ParisVolé car si souvent "cette certaine vision" de l'Est de Paris s'est définitivement évanouie, c'est qu'elle a été dérobée au regard par toutes les "avancées de la modernité". Arpenter la ville à la recherche d'espaces promis à la démolition ou de personnes dont le destin va en être bouleversé : ce n'est pas pour regretter le passé. C'est pour montrer, nous montrer, nous rappeler, que la ville n'est pas une entité figée. La ville vit ... et comme tout être vivant, elle fait parfois des erreurs. Ainsi va la ville, ainsi va la vie ...
