一是假設大腦的運作原理充分地運用了達爾文過程;
另一個很有創見的地方是本書第七章的〈皮質迷宮〉:作者提出一個可能的方式,來描述大腦皮質層如何產生達爾文過程,並解釋了意識及潛意識的形成。

by YukuanBlog這樣也是說得通,我只是覺得:理性跟感性的基礎結構是相同的,這就好像一張紙的兩面。或是對一個物體的不同視角。也好像物理上粒子和波動的二重性。端看您從哪個角度觀察,其所呈現出來的特性也就不同。
