SmileTAG - PHP Ajax Shoutbox - The beauty of chat script

SmileTAG 起初是纯粹一个使用 PHP 编写的 Ajax Shoutbox，最近才发表 WordPress plugin 版本的，它和 Wordspew 不同的地方如下：
1. 不需要额外 table 储存留言，留言全都储在一个 XML file 内
2. 灌水限制 - 可自定时限，防止不断灌水留言
3. Word filter - 一些自定文字自动删除不作显示，例如可以是粗言秽语
4. IP address / Nickname banning - 可限制某些 IP address 或 nickname 的留言
5. 自定 Smilies
6. 自定 timezone
7. 支援 bold/italic/underline style 的字体
8. 自定日期时间显示格式
9. IP address logging
10. 自定每个留言的最长长度
11. 暂时没有 Admin. panel，要自行修改 XML config file
