Display a list of node titles in a category with links to the full term | drupal.org

1. Could not figure out where to put something like "WHERE COUNT(n.nid) > 0" in order to list only terms that has posts in them... Perhaps a separate select statement in the db_query of $stats where the $sql result is used?
