AdECNは、オンライン広告をリアルタイムにオークション方式で取扱う中立の取引所で、証券取引所と同じような仕組みで働く。AdECN Exchangeのメンバーは取引所で広告主に代って[広告を]買い、パブリッシャーに代って売る。
