Textarea & Input Resize - Add save and restore element sizes so you don't have to resize

This script is based on Install scriptResizeable Text Fields by Florian Höch, which is based on the Firefox add-on Resizeable Textarea by Raik Jürgens. All I did was add functionality to save and restore element sizes so you don't have to resize things every time you come back to a page. I also added a Install scriptscript update checker.
