DarthVader.com Given by Tucows to Rightful Owner, LucasFilm
LucasFilm brought us Darth Vader in 1977. Now, Darth Vader (as in the domain name DarthVader.com) is now owned by its rightful owner, LucasFilm. Tucows Domain Portfolio Vice President Bill Sweetman commandeered the domain name when it was not renewed by its current owner–and promptly arranged for the domain name to be given to LucasFilm.

Consumer Watchdog President Jamie Court wrote Google’s CEO Eric Schmidt today questioning the company’s priorities following efforts by one of Google’s top executives to dissuade a charitable foundation from supporting the nonpartisan group’s privacy efforts.

What Hair Color Will the Next President Have?
More than 1,000 women nationwide (aged 18 and above) were recently asked these and other questions by the Clairol hair color team to gauge the influence of hair color on personality perceptions. Blondes were shown by the survey’s results to be overwhelmingly perceived as fun and flirty, brunettes as smart and serious, and redheads as strong.
