Energizer Holdings to acquire Playtex Products (Reuters)

Reuters - Battery and razor maker Energizer Holdings Inc. said on Thursday it has agreed to acquire Playtex Products Inc. , for $18.30 a share in cash plus the assumption of Playtex debt.
