A versão preliminar Tribe 5 foi lançada trazendo novidades (para o Ubuntu, ao menos) como a adoção do system-config-printer (originalmente uma ferramenta da Red Hat e Fedora) para atuar no lugar do gnome-cups-manager, upgrade do CUPS para a versão 1.3, um assistente localizador de plugins e gerenciador de extensões para o Firefox, e o novo painel de configuração do X.

Do not install it on production machines. The final stable version will be released in October 2007.
