SUSSEX-based companies Aspen Pumps and BBJ Engineering have been bought by Inflexion Private Equity. Founded in 1992, Aspen is a leading European supplier of condensate pumps, employing 50 staff and operating internationally in over 50 countries. Sister company BBJ supplies a range of air conditioning accessories.
