East Coast hip hop artist John Public has FINALLY released "The Borrowed LP" mixtape to MySpace and it's now available for FREE download. Public took 11 tracks from Gangstarr's "The Ownerz" album and created an entirely new body of work, basically a story about a house party wrapped inside an album. Beautiful record.
