by srcmax (via)En dehors des inénarrables problèmes de sécurité et de performance inhérents à Internet Explorer 6, ce dernier est surtout considéré comme responsable du ralentissement de l'"avancée du web". En effet, au lieu de se concentrer totalement sur le respect des standards du consortium W3C, les développeurs sont régulièrement obligés de concevoir une version alternative du site pour ce navigateur, afin que tous les internautes puissent accéder au site web dans des conditions convenables. Et à l'heure où des sites comme YouTube ou Facebook sont toujours à a la recherche d'un modèle de croissance rentable pour engranger du cash, la décision de ne plus supporter IE6 dans les prochaines semaines n'y est sans doute pas étrangère
