Learning iPad Programming: A Hands-On Guide to Building iPad Apps, Second Edition Book Review

Although this book is written for iPad development, iPhone developers will benefit from reading it too. Almost all the core topics touched on apply both iPad and iPhone development. I highly recommend it to both.

This book a no nonsense approach to learning the key points of Objective-C and iOS at the speed of light. It is a fast paced sprint through tons of hands on examples.

Learning Objective-C 2.0: A Hands-on Guide to Objective-C for Mac and iOS Developers (2nd Edition) Book Review

If I had to give this book a one word description, I would say it is 'balanced'. I would recommend this book as the place to start for anyone coming from a different find which such as C# or Java, and also as the place to start for anybody looking to get into building applications with Objective-C.

Major New Wifi Issues with iPhone 5 and iOS 6

Although Apple quickly fixed their delete test page that caused problems with user's wifi connections on their new iPhone 5s, that is not the real issue. There is still a huge issue with iOS 6 and possibly iPhone 5 hardware.
