FotoBuzz est un outil en Flash plutôt sympathique, permettant d'annoter certaines parties d'une image. Il est ainsi possible de délimiter la portion choisie avec un cadre librement redimensionnable et d'y ajouter une annotation. PhotoBuzz nécessite l'activation de PHP ou de Python sur votre espace web pour pouvoir être utilisé. L'application est actuellement en version 0.1 mais est tout à fait fonctionnelle. Elle est diffusée sous licence Creative Commons [En] et devient payante pour une utilisation commerciale. Une démonstration [En] est disponible, et il existe plusieurs plugins pour intégrer FotoBuzz à votre outil de blog, dont un pour DotClear [Fr] qui vous trouverez sur cette page [En].
