Educational Technology That Talks - EdTechTalk

Edtechtalk is a webcasting network of educators dedicated to helping those involved in educational technology explore, discusss, and collaborate in its use. Edtechtalk is part of EducationBridges, which is a division of Worldbridges.


These podcasts are created by the students at the Charles F. Patton Middle School. Each can be downloaded from these pages for your listening on a computer. This is your Just Vocabulary Podcast Weekly Recap. TOEFL, GRE, English as a second language, ESL, looking to improve your English, than this is the right spot. A daily podcast (approx 3-4 min) where I introduce two English words, explain, and use the words in example sentences. And there is a weekly recap on the 10 words of this week. Monday through Friday I introduce new words like adamant, erroneous, insipid, lethargy, etc, and on Saturday I review last weeks words. Great, easy to use site with reviews/summaries of books for all ages. There is an entire section devoted to student submitted booktalks. Subscribe via rss for these mp3 recorded booktalks. Try Google Reader as an alternative to iTunes subscription so you can listen online without downloading. Play it on your iPod!
