Great child bible story, well written. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 though because of the way the lion was beat. The seeing of his reflection in the water seemed to me just a reworking of the old crow and the pebble fable.

Each year for Christmas, Santa Claus brings presents for our children and leaves them under the tree, much like many American homes. A couple years ago, my husband and I tried to figure a way of keeping our childrens interest in the reason we celebrate Christmas, but at a level a child could relate to. We decided to put up small trees in each of our childrens rooms, let them make the ornaments, and on Christmas morning, there is always one present that is closer to the real reason we celebrate Christmas than the Fisher-Price Cruise and Crawl Gym that is under the family room tree.
