Vous connaissez Deezer, Jiwa, Last.fm, ... Ce sont des solutions bien pratiques pour découvrir de la musique, ou vous faire des petites playlistes sympathiques quand vous n'êtes pas chez vous avec vos CDs. Mais qu'en est-il si vous voulez écouter votre propre musique depuis n'importe quel PC sans avoir besoin de passer par un investissement aussi important qu'un iPod ou autre lecteur multimédia. Plusieurs solutions s'offrent à vous, comme icecast par exemple, qui vous permet de diffuser votre propre radio. Combiné à mpd, cette solution vous permet aussi de contrôler vos playlistes... Une autre solution, qui demande juste un hébergement web est Ampache. Dimdim est une application internet de réunion à distance dans le même esprit que Ekiga ( dont je vous ai parlé il y a bien longtemps ). Le service est multi-plateformes, basé sur la technologie flash et le tout est proposé gratuitement. dimdim_home.jpg Jusque là rien d’extraordinaire mais l’outil propose 2 autres options intéressante : le tableau blanc et la possibilité de partager des fichiers en live (pps, pdf, doc, xls..). Une fois inscrit, Dimdim va vous demander quelques préférences afin de configurer un peu vos futurs meetings : * prévoir une zone d’attente avant les réunions * le type de connexion * le temps de réunion ( de 2h à 5h45 ) * nombres de participants * si vous autorisez le chat public et/ou les chats privés * tableau blanc ou non, screencast ou pas * Langue ( 4 pour le moment, pas de français )

Un nouveau player flash très complet pour vos vidéos et mp3 qui gère les formats suivants : FLV, SWF, MP3, MP4, H.264 video, JPG and PNG. Pas mal d’options sont disponibles comme le choix des couleurs, la gestion d’une playlist, la possibilité de choisir les boutons de contrôle pour la vidéo, etc. De ce que j’ai testé, il est hautement configurable, avec beaucoup de variables et peut répondre à beaucoup d’attentes. The script can detect the Flash plug-in in all major web browsers (on Mac and PC) and is designed to make embedding Flash movies as easy as possible. It is also very search engine friendly, degrades gracefully, can be used in valid HTML and XHTML 1.0 documents*, and is forward compatible, so it should work for years to come.

Highslide JS is a piece of JavaScript that streamlines the use of thumbnail images on web pages. The library offers these features and advantages: * No plugins like Flash or Java required. * Popup blockers are no problem. The images expand within the active browser window. * Single click. After expanding the image, the user can scroll further down or leave the page without restoring the image. * The approach uses two separate images. No heavy full-size image packed into thumbnail display size! The full-size image is loaded in the background either on page load or when the user clicks the thumb. You specify this option in the script's settings. * Compatibility and safe fallback. If the user has disabled JavaScript or the JavaScript fails in any way, the browser redirects directly to the image itself. This fallback is able to cope with most exceptions and incompatibilities.
