Fragment Highlight aids a user in locating the section of a document they linked to, by highlighting the relevant heading. This functionality is equivalent to the proposed :target selector for CSS 3 but works in earlier browsers and conforms to current (i.e. not proposed) standards.

Here are some short tutorials to get you started with CSS. In order to view them properly you should be using a modern compliant browser such as IE6, Netscape 6.2+,MOzilla 1.1. and Opera 6+. As this is a tutorial for beginners I will not be including too many hacks as the purpose is to learn CSS and not the bad implementation of it by browsers.
