Better Specs { rspec guidelines with ruby }

RSpec is a great tool in the behavior-driven development (BDD) process of writing human readable specifications that direct and validate the development of your application. On the web there are many resources that give complete overview of _what_ you can do with RSpec. But there are fewer resources devoted to how to create a great RSpec test suite. Better Specs tries to fill this gap by collecting most of the "best practices" that other developers learn through years of experience.

ZamfBrowser - Home

(via)
ZamfBrowser allows developers to unit test ZendAMF Service classes via an Adobe AIR application. Implementation requires a simple edit to the ZendAMF gateway file that allows ZamfBrowser to introspect your server set up and provide access for all classes and methods registered with the Zend_Amf_Server object. For version 1.0 the ZamfBrowser AIR source code is still closed, but it is intended to go Open Source as soon as the source code documentation is complete and a couple of features are implemented that are still in the pipeline.

IEBlog : IE6 and IE7 Running on a Single Machine

by 5 others, 1 comment
The best way to use multiple versions of IE on one machine is via virtualization. Microsoft has recently made Virtual PC 2004 a free download; we’ve taken advantage of that by releasing a VPC virtual machine image containing a pre-activated Windows XP SP2, IE6 and the IE7 Readiness Toolkit to help facilitate your testing and development.
