The International Computer Music Association (ICMA) is an international affiliation of individuals and institutions involved in the technical, creative, and performance aspects of computer music. It serves composers, computer software and hardware developers, researchers, and musicians who are interested in the integration of music and technology. The International Computer Music Conference (ICMC) is the preeminent annual international gathering for computer music composers and researchers. The ICMC interweaves peer-reviewed paper presentations with concerts of new computer music, creating a vital synthesis of science, technology, and the art of music. Each ICMC produces a Concert Program and Proceedings. The Proceedings is the collection of peer-reviewed papers and studio reports presented at each ICMC.

Fondé par des étudiants et des chercheurs (EHESS, Nanterre et Sorbonne), ethnomusiKa est un réseau interinstitutionnel destiné aux étudiants et chercheurs travaillant sur la musique avec le regard particulier des sciences sociales (ethnomusicologie, anthropologie, sociologie, sciences cognitives, etc.). Son but est de faciliter le partage d'informations concernant la/les discipline(s) mais surtout de susciter échanges d'idées et débats. Pour se faire, des réunions thématiques ont lieu régulièrement, et sous peu des conférences-concerts, la présentation de travaux de recherche ou encore l'écriture d'articles en commun.
