但要保证绝大多数用户（占99%以上）的利益，只能terminate，这里的terminate指的是Delete user而非Set user.status=0 ，豆瓣上用的是新词“冰封”：）。区分是否是“垃圾用户”很难量化，即使是大网站也用模糊的词语，比如：

阿北的理念与封杀行动没有太多必然的关系，理念终归是个人的，而公司、网站的存活是大家的，一个人的理念可以带领公司有序经营，但是网站的存活却不仅仅靠理念来支撑的。
