The Trip - A Transmedia Project by Kissinger Twins

The Trip is a transmedia project consisting of an interactive film, a short cinema film, a photography series and a concept album by Smolik. During their holiday the Kissinger Twins randomly met a guy named Jack Torrance. He claimed that he was the mastermind behind the biggest hoax of the 20th century – the landing on the moon. Impressed by his story they decided to make a project about his life. The transmedia approach of the project tells Jack Torrance’s story in different ways with each of the individual executions designed especially for the media in use. Please turn on your speakers and open up your eyes to immerse yourself in Jack’s story…Watch, Interact, Listen to The Trip! The interactive version of The Trip is a road movie consisting of 11 chapters. An immersive, chill out music experience with strong visuals taken from public domain footage. Users choose their own pace unveiling Jack’s story via tapping or moving the cursor of their mouse. Take another Trip, the story stays the same but scenery always changes. Built in HTML5 the site has been designed to perform smoothly across iPad and Desktop, with an interactive teaser on Mobile.

The Exit Zero Project

The Exit Zero Project LLC was founded by Christine Walley and Chris Boebel as a transmedia effort to tell the story of the traumatic effect of deindustrialization on Southeast Chicago - once part of one of the largest steel-producing regions in the world. Exit Zero takes its name from the freeway exit number for Chicago’s former steel mill region. All three components of the project focus on the once thriving steel mill communities of Southeast Chicago and use family stories to consider the enduring impact of the loss of heavy industry and its role in widening class inequalities in the United States.

The Spiral

The Spiral is a five-episode participative TV series and will be broadcast in September 2012 across Europe. Arturo is a mysterious and enigmatic Banksy-like artist known in the art scene for his playful actions against the establishment. He runs The Warehouse, an art community in Copenhagen. Together with six young artists from The Warehouse, he sets up a major stunt: the heist of six major works of art. The audience will be able to participate in the storyworld through the website www.thespiral.eu.

AT&T is pulling out all the stops with a new campaign centered around a web series titled Daybreak. Then action-packed five-part series showcases some of their current products, including the HTC One X, Samsung Galaxy Tab, and various softwares. Writer and producer Daniel Knauf, best known as the creator of "Carnivàle" on HBO, has ditched Hollywood and struck out on his own to mine the field of transmedia. "Haunted" is best described as a fictional story that follows paranormal investigators working inside an abandoned house tormented by supernatural events. The storytelling format features multimedia elements such as research documentation and investigators' blogs. Shot with multiple cameras, the project's navigational timeline allows viewers to manipulate how they view the story. The 39 Clues

The 39 Clues is a series of adventure books, combining reading, online gaming, and card collecting. Published by Scholastic, the main part of the series consists of ten books about the adventures of siblings Amy and Dan Cahill trying to thwart the other Cahills to get the Clues, which will make them "the most powerfull and influencial person(s) on the planet".
