The Dell OptiPlex 780 is the company’s new business PC, featuring Intel technology.
The system is based on the Intel Q45 chipset and features an Intel Core 2 Quad, Core 2 Duo, Pentium Dual Core or Celeron CPU and up to 8GB of Non-ECC DDR3 1066MHz memory. The OptiPlex 780 is configurable with up to two 3.5- or 2.5-inch storage units, including standard hard drives and solid state drives. The drives can be configured without RAID or in RAID 0 and 1 modes. Optical drive options include a DVD ROM or a DVD burner, but the system can be also configured without optical device.

C’est une grande référence, surtout pour un logiciel gratuit. Il utiliserait un algorithme semblable à celui de Blacklight (inclus dans les produits payants de F-Secure). Il demeure cependant peu compréhensible des parfaits débutants. Ne vous attendez pas à l’interface agréable d’un outil bourré de petits renseignements qui simplifient la vie des néophytes ou des paresseux comme vous en avez trouvé dans SEEm. Hewlett-Packard has released recently the HP ProLiant ML150 G6 Server series, a new 5U tower 2-socket system based on Intel’s new Nehalem CPU microarchitecture.
When compared to the Intel 5100 chipset-based ProLiant ML150 G5, the ML150 G6 (Generation 6) with the Intel 5500 chipset features newer Intel Xeon dual- or quad-core processors with integrated memory controllers, support for up to 48GB of DDR3 memory instead of up to 16GB DDR2, new controller and adapter options, a new chassis design, and other innovations.
