LINKS Learning for Kids: Reading: Audio Stories
Eleven different stories with audio narration
Most of us like stories. We like to hear an exciting story, read one, or even write one. And there are many different kinds of stories. In this section, you will find a collection of stories, most of which involve animals.
The stories can be called character stories. They help us learn about ourselves, about others, and about how we behave.
You can listen to the stories, read them, or do both. You might also enjoy sharing them with your brothers, sisters, or parents. As you read them, think about the following questions:
Who were the characters in the story?
Which character did you like best? Why?
What problems arose?
How did the characters solve the problems?
How did the story end?
Have you had experiences like the ones in the story? What did you do?

Students can click on words in the scene or the text to hear them spoken in Spanish. It is very different to other sites in that it cleverly incorporates another language. Suitable to middle primary.
