Al Jazeera met ses vidéos de Gaza en téléchargement gratuit photo C'est une première pour une chaîne de télévision, Al Jazeera vient de créer un site où elle met à la disposition de tous des vidéos de Gaza du début de l'invasion d'Israël à aujourd'hui. Une quarantaine de vidéos sous licence Creative Commons sont actuellement disponibles. Des reportages avec ou sans commentaire que les télévisions, documentaristes, blogueurs peuvent diffuser ou remonter à leur guise. Seule condition : indiquer que les images proviennent d’Al Jazeera.

Suivra ensuite, à 21h35, un débat animé par Thomas Kausch qui recevra sur son plateau Elias Sanbar, écrivain et historien, Alain Dieckhoff, directeur de recherche au CNRS, Avi Primor, ancien Ambassadeur d'Israël en Allemagne et John Hulsman, politologue. Ensemble, ils analyseront la situation actuelle à Gaza. Le débat sera enrichi d'extraits du web-documentaire primé : Gaza/Sderot, la vie malgré tout.

The production is over - Gaza Sderot - Life in spite of everything - BLOG

When I started this production I was disconnected from the local reality, from the feelings of Sderot's people on the one side and especially from the people of Gaza.
While working, I started understanding there's another side of the coin here. Over Face book, I made some friends, had fun and laughs with them, suddenly I was communicating. A sympathy to the other side developed: here are young people, like me. They have the same needs and dreams.

Gaza (Palestine) and Sderot (Israel): Report on the life of men, women and children in two cities on the Israeli Palestinian border. Tell about the reality on both sides. Despite of many dangers, air bombings and rocket attacks, those people never stop working, loving, and dreaming. Life despite of everything.
On this website, you can find during two months short videos (2 minutes each) on Gaza and Sderot. Every day, one video from Palestine, the other one from Israel. One without the other only would show part of the reality.
