Ces logiciels permettent de gérer un agenda, soit sous la forme d’une extension pour Thunderbird pour Lightning, soit de façon autonome pour Sunbird.
Parmi les nouveautés, on remarque notamment :
* Une nouvelle apparence visuelle pour les évènements sur le calendrier
* L’envoi et la réception d’invitations à des évènements
* Le choix des heures de travail à afficher
* La migration de données depuis Sunbird 0.2, iCal et Evolution
* Une refonte des impressions
* La possibilité de gérer des agendas de Google Calendar (via l’extension Provider)
