Cleansing Diet Results

I weighed myself this morning and I lost 6 pounds since I started this 4-day cleanse! I was surprised that I lost more than a pound a day in just 4 days. I suspect, however, that some of this loss is water weight since the cleanse is very effective at flushing your body of excess water.
