Imagine quantas pessoas tem grandes ideias para melhorar a Internet, seja tornando-a mais segura, mais aberta e participativa ou permitindo que as pessoas tenham melhor controle da sua privacidade. O Mozilla Drumbeat foi criado para identificar estas ideias, conectar seus responsáveis com uma comunidade de empreendedores e ajudá-los a tornar as boas ideias em projetos reais. Os projetos iniciados no Mozilla Drumbeat passam por diferentes estágios indo desde uma ideia até a sua implementação e o apoio da Mozilla varia de acordo com o grau de maturidade e do potencial de transformação do projeto. A ajuda pode consistir, por exemplo, em dar visibilidade aos projetos no site do Drumbeat e conectá-los com pessoas que tenham projetos semelhantes, ou ainda, auxiliar na estruturação do projeto e na identificação de potenciais financiadores para levar o projeto adiante.

Namoroka Alpha 1 is an early developer milestone for the next version of Firefox that is being built on top of Mozilla's Gecko 1.9.2 layout engine, Namoroka Alpha 1 is being made available for testing purposes only, and is intended for web application developers and our testing community. Current users of Mozilla Firefox should not use Namoroka Alpha 1. These Release Notes cover what's new, download and installation instructions, known issues and frequently asked questions for the Namoroka Alpha 1 release. Downloading and Installing System Requirements Before installing, make sure your computer meets the system requirements. Downloading Namoroka Alpha 1 Mozilla.org provides Namoroka for Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X in English. * Windows: Namoroka Setup 3.6 Alpha 1.exe * Mac OS X: Namoroka 3.6 Alpha 1.dmg * Linux: Namoroka-3.6a1.tar.bz2 For builds for other systems and languages not provided by mozilla.org, see the Contributed Builds section at the end of this document. Installing Namoroka Once you have downloaded Namoroka, follow these instructions to install: Windows Double click the Namoroka Setup 3.6 Alpha 1.exe installer to start the install. Mac OS X Double click the Namoroka 3.6 Alpha 1.dmg Disk Image to uncompress and mount it. Your browser may have already done this for you. Double click the Namoroka Disk Image to open it in Finder and drag the Namoroka application onto your hard disk. Do not double click the icon in the disk image! Be sure to drag the Namoroka application out of the disk image and onto your Hard Disk before running it. Drag the icon to your Dock if you want it to appear there. Linux/GTK2 Extract the Namoroka-3.6a1.tar.bz2 tarball and run ./firefox: tar -jxvf namoroka-3.6a1.tar.bz2 cd firefox ./firefox Other Platforms Extract the compressed archive and run firefox
