Palestinians blocked Israeli air raid? No way!

No they did not. Do you want to tell me that they didn't kill innocent civilians before? How graceful they are. Then who killed all these thousands and thousands of children, women and elders? Don't tell me "Technical Error"!!

US Officers planned the Beit Hanoun Massacre

If you find the images in this article revolting, like me, think of the people in Palestine see such images on a daily basis not as pictures but live and anywhere they go, and that this genocide is supported equally by ALL western countries, the EU and the UN. Your taxes are very probably financing what you see here. Speak with your politicians if you do not like what you see. When the the psychopaths and moral degenerates who commit these acts with the help of your governments stop commiting them, I (and others) will stop publishing these images.

Autumn Clouds lead to Gaza Tsunami

This morning only, Israel killed 19 Palestinians in Gaza, including 14 Palestinian civilians killed by Israeli tank fire. Women and children were among the dead in the Gaza Strip. The total number of Martyrs in the last 7 days is over 70. Do you still need any more proofs that “Israeli IS a Terrorist State lead by ELECTED Terrorist“? Isn’t it time for your action?

Internet Enemies and Corruption Index 2006

Yesterday, Transparency International published the annual report, where it showed that most Arab states are among worst ranked (UAE - 31, Qatar - 32, Bahrain - 36, Oman - 39, Jordan - 40, Kuwait - 46, Tunisia - 51, Lebanon - 63, Saudi - 70, Egypt - 70, Morocco - 79, Algeria - 84, Mauritania - 84, Syria - 93, Libya - 105, Yemen - 111, Sudan - 156, Iraq - 160, Palestine - n/a, Somalia - n/a) Today, Reporters Without Borders published the list of 13 Internet enemies. Saudi court sentences rape VICTIM to 90 lashes

A Saudi court has sentenced a gang rape victim to 90 lashes of the whip because she was alone in a car with a man to whom she was not married.

Gaza Autumn Clouds: Why, how, who?

More than 40 martyr up to date. The world is silent, barefacedly! The Palestinian crime is Fighting Israel OCCUPATION! Israel has killed 2,300 Gazans over the past six years, including 300 in the last four months. Five Israelis were killed during the same period (six years) by Qassam rockets, which Israel is now claiming to put an end to. More disturbing news is the entry into the Israeli government of Avigdor Lieberman, as deputy prime minister. He is a Russian immigrant best known for recommended flooding Egypt by bombing the Aswan Dam and his solution to transfer Palestinians out of Israel so as to create an ethnically pure country. He has advocated death for any Arab members of the Knesset. In any truly democratic country he would be denounced and shunned as a dangerous fascist.

Google-bombing action for Alaa

We think this could be a very popular action because it would give people around the world a chance to do something productive in support of Alaa. Hopefully having the illegal detention of a political prisoner as the first page when the word “Egypt” is searched would be an embarrassment to the Egyptian government (assuming they have enough shame to be embarrassed by such a thing). Secondly, it would raise awareness about Alaa since anyone searching for “Egypt” on Google would learn about his case. Finally, the Google-bombing itself might draw more MSM attention to Alaa’s detention.

Alaa detained for 15 days "pending investigation"

the Egyptian blogsphere is loaded with anger and appeals for urgent actions. All what you need to know to feel the pulse is watching the Egyptian Blogs Aggregator (maintained by Alaa). The story of his arrest is in the headlines across the blogsphere as well as some news websites beyond the Egyptian borders.

Prominent Egyptian blogger arrested and several other activists

Alaa Abd El-Fatah, one of the Egyptian political activists, and one of the first bloggers in Egypt was arrested today together with around ten more activists during a peaceful demonstration in solidarity with sixty activists who were arrested over the past two weeks in a non-violent sit in, as well who were held in custody for two weeks under investigation for “crimes” that if anything would raise only mockery including, humiliating the president, possession of “publishing equipment”(graffiti spray) and blocking traffic.

Prostitution is now official and religiously condoned in Arab land

Now, I’m happy to see that my dream is coming true. Yes, it is not called prostitution in this part of the world, we call it Misyar, or Mesyaf (another brand in Saudi, read about it here), or Tourist marriage (like the one in Yemen, but also invented by Saudi visitors, read about it here), etc… but at the end of the day, it is official, and it is religiously approved, so I won’t go to hell if I do it, do I?

Pakistani woman, jailed for being raped in Saudi Arabia, deported

It’s difficult for me to talk about what happened to me, from rape to prison and from prison to deportation. I was the victim, I was raped and molested but I was named as the accused, and the man who committed the crime was not touched.

Roger Waters Refuses to be Another Brick in Israel's Wall

Reiterating his opposition to the Israeli occupation and expressing his support for the Palestinian people in “their struggle to be free,” the internationally renowned rock star Roger Waters has announced that he is relocating his Israel performance in recognition of the problematic nature of the previously planned Tel Aviv venue, particularly at a time when Israel is escalating its repression and apartheid designs to further dispossess, ghettoize and ultimately ethnically cleanse Palestinians from their homeland. The former member of Pink Floyd and the writer of its timeless song “Another Brick in the Wall” called off his Tel Aviv gig, heeding an appeal by many Palestinian artists and cultural organizations and their supporters around the world who feared such a performance, particularly by a respected and progressive artist like Waters, would have given legitimacy to Israel’s colonial Wall, condemned as illegal by the International Court of Justice at The Hague in July 2004.

Who is a terrorist?

This was written two days ago by an Israeli journalist (one of the brave handful that see the results of Israel’s occupation) in an Israeli newspaper. Today, watching the latest suicide bombing in Tel Aviv, I think many of his questions are answered!

Miss Iraq quits 'cuz of death threats

What is the second hardest to find after a “prime minister” in Iraq? It is to find a “Beauty Queen”.

Film-maker 'murdered' by IOF

Two years after James Miller was shot dead (shot three years ago - 2 May, 2003) while making a documentary on the region (for the American cable giant HBO), his film has been honoured with three Emmy awards. Death in Gaza looks at the lives of three children at the Rafah refugee camp caught up in the cycle of violence between the Israeli army and Palestinian fighters, and documents the killing of the 34-year-old British documentary maker. Initial findings from an Israeli Occupation Forces investigation into the affair claimed that the correspondent was shot in the back, and suggested that he may have been hit by Palestinian gunfire. Another Briton who had been with Mr Miller said they were waving a white flag and moving towards an Israeli armoured vehicle when it opened fire. By chance, the team were being filmed by an agency stringer from APTN. The videotape proves that there is no crossfire. They were wearing helmets and flak jackets littered with TV signs. The Israeli army has, thanks to the Americans, some of the best night vision technology in the world. Their kit turns nights into day. James was shot in the front of his neck by an Israeli bullet and was mortally wounded. No soldier has been disciplined or charged and in court the cameraman’s family have accused Israel of a coverup, claiming there is evidence that his killer is Lieutenant Heib of the Israeli occupation force. Finaly, few days ago, and after three years of shooting James, a UK court rules that IOF shooting of the filmmaker was a deliberate cold-blooded murder.

No Rules, No Limits

Sexual assaults and fabrication of cases against journalists and activists in the Arab World!

8-yrs old at home! What would you do?

Kill them of course… No… not you, that’s Israel only. Israeli shell kills girl in Gaza An Israeli artillery shell has killed a young Palestinian girl in a house in the Gaza Strip, Palestinian hospital and security sources have said.

Bellydancing out, cinema in!

(via)
As the new Palestinian culture minister, he will not be ordering the dynamiting of statues nor forbidding prayers to anyone but Allah. But there are limits - and belly dancing is one of them. “Belly dancing is naked women. This is not Islamic. The Egyptians come here and do it. And there are a lot of Russian belly dancers in Egypt and they come here too. People do it indoors, in secret. There’s lots of it. If the phenomenon of belly dancing spreads our people might react against it by killing people. We don’t want our people to become like the Taliban.”

Arabisc: Moderate Muslim Voices

It’s not only the English language bloggers from Middle East who are continuously trying to bridge the cultural gaps, but Arabic language bloggers are facing similar tough battle at home, within the Arabic blogsphere itself. Muslim moderates are criticizing some of the taboos of their system. One of them simply pushed away the unworthy books he was reading, another challenged his authorities to treat Christians alike Muslims treated in the West, but worst is to get kicked out of your school for practicing your freedom of speech.

Replacing Burqa with Surgical Mask

“I’ll wear one of those things they wore during the SARS epidemic if I have to,” said the Dutch-born Muslim, one of about 50 women in the Netherlands who wear the head-to-toe burqa or the niqab, a face veil that conceals everything but the eyes.

Paradise Now, Wins!

They say: “If you made a bad film, you made it alone. If you made a good film, you all made it.” And that’s what “Paradise now” did. A good film by all means! The film won more than the academy award. Won the hearts of the millions who saw it. Won the position that it was placed in. Won the controversy around it and it’s message reaching out. Won the media coverage given to Palestine and the Palestinians and spotting the light on the Israeli occupation. Won the sympathy and understanding of the world.

Hillary Clinton says: Arab are Terrorist!

Decpite that the United Arab Emirates said it was a close ally of the US in its war on terrorism, the US senators, Hillary Clinton and Robert Menendez opposed a UAE firm’s takeover of a company that operates several American ports over security concerns. The two US Democratic senators have said they will introduce legislation to block Dubai Ports World from buying P&O and gaining control over the management of US ports because of national security concerns. Now a company at the Port of Miami has sued to block the takeover of the shipping operations.
