by 2 others一款免费的图像处理软体，操作介面很易上手，工具也比较简单，也支援图层和一般的特效(blur)等。一般图像处理应付有余。开启迅速占用记忆体极少。该公司除了PhotoPlus(图像处理)，还有WebPlus(网页设计)、DrawPlus(矢量图处理)、3DPlus(3D 动画制作) 及 PagePlus SE(桌面排版)，可以说是一应俱全。不过要注意一点是，所有软体都要线上注册后取得keycode才能使用或安装(只填名称和电邮，其余可不填)，这过程当然也是免费的，不过就是有一点儿烦。
