Differences in Xbox 360 Controllers

One of the most important aspects to being an avid gamer is the controller that is used to play the game. Traditionally, these controllers have been wired, limiting the distance that the gamer could play from. However, the Xbox 360 supported wireless capabilities right out of the box. Xbox 360 controllers have redefined the very concept of controller, giving gamers unparalleled accessibility and ease of use to play their games on a very solid platform. Cheap Wireless The Xbox 360 controller is available in both wired and wireless forms. The wired Xbox 360 controller has the benefit of never needing batteries or a recharge. Therefore, you can guarantee that your gaming experience will never be interrupted as you change out batteries or recharge the batteries. Also, the wired controller is about half the price of the wireless one at $25 instead of $50. This is probably the Xbox 360 controller to choose if you don't care one way or another about the benefits of the wireless controller, explained below. The wireless Xbox 360 controller has many benefits that gamers find to be great additions to the gaming experience. Firstly, there aren't any cords to plug in. This means that gamers can stand up to thirty feet away from the console itself, great for large screen televisions, monitors, and especially for gamers using projectors to display the game on a large screen. However, the wireless Xbox 360 controller costs about twice that of the wired one, and the batteries will need to be replaced from time to time. However, some of the concerns about wireless equipment of the past such as response time and connectivity aren't issues with the Xbox 360. The connectivity is strong, and there is no noticeable difference in response time between the wireless and wired controllers. Therefore, a good rule of thumb for choosing which Xbox 360 controller is right for you might go along the lines of something like this: choose the wired controller for its price, and choose the wireless controller for its easy accessibility. Other than that, there are some specialty controllers for various games on the Xbox 360. For example, Guitar Hero 3 includes a specialized guitar-like controller to put you in the mood, although you can also use the standard Xbox 360 controller. With the Xbox 360, Microsoft developed the strongest next generation platform, supporting high definition content and the largest next generation library of games. Against all the other features included in this platform, Xbox 360 controllers don't disappoint. Post from: Computer Xbox Games
