L'extension ColorZilla pour Firefox permet depuis longtemps de copier-coller une couleur en survolant la page avec une pipette. La nouvelle version débarque avec une fonctionnalité géniale : analyser la page pour en extraire la palette de couleurs.

Un des outils de Google Webmaster Tools permet de connaître les liens pointant vers les pages de votre site. Joost de Valk a dévelopé une nouvelle extension Firefox qui permet de visualiser pour chacun des liens : son PageRank , son "anchor text" ou s'il s'agit d'un backlink en "nofollow", d'un lien non trouvé ou encore d'une image.

Google vient de publier Google Gears, une extension opensource (pour Firefox et Internet Explorer) permettant d'utiliser des applications web en mode déconnecté. Google reader est déjà compatible. A mons avis, les applications web supportant un mode offline vont fleurir, et on attend avec impatience, Gmail ou Google Calendar version offline.

Pearl Crescent Page Saver is an extension for Mozilla Firefox that lets you capture images of web pages. These images can be saved in PNG format or (with Firefox 2) in JPEG format. The entire page or just the visible portion may be captured. Options let you control whether images are captured at full size (which is the default) or scaled down to a smaller size.
