MisterWong débarquera bientôt en France avec une version localisée. Il s’agit d’un service de bookmark ou gestion de favoris accompagné d’un réseau social. Vu l’espace déjà très encombré (Delicious bien sur mais aussi des services Francais comme BlogMarks et le très soigné Loomiz en phase de finalisation), je ne sais pas quelles sont ses chances de succès

Franchement, ca a l’air pas mal du tout et j’ai hâte de le voir en live… Vais-je trouver le site qui me fera abandonner Blogmarks (delicious sucks) ?

Comme vous le savez sûrement déjà, je travaille actuellement à la conception d’un gestionnaire de signets social. Mon idée est de proposer un service qui soit vraiment simple et accessible à tous, même sans connaître parfaitement tous les rouages d’Internet. En effet, en discutant de mon projet avec mon entourage, je me suis aperçu que beaucoup de personnes ne connaissaient pas ce type d’applications.

Bookmarks.fr est un nouveau service, 100% français, de gestion et de partage de favoris.

Et il y en existe aujourd’hui près d’une centaine ! Le plus connu et le plus utilisé est sans nul doute del.icio.us. Et en France nous avons BlogMarks :

So the problem for today's post is this: is it possible to extract data about a URL from a social bookmarking site? If it is possible, is the data of any actual use? Bonus points for being able to extract data using an API or feed without requiring authentication or site registration.

Delicioso is a freeware program for submitting URLs to these popular social bookmarking sites: tagtooga.com, del.icio.us, furl.net, blogmarks.net, shadows.com, spurl.net, simpy.com, and netvouz.com.

Current number of people using del.icio.us at 500,000 Blogmarks has a total of 514,205 posts, estimated users 5,000 which is 100 bookmarks per user.

If you are prowling the web and find an interesting article or post, you can “submit” it to del.icio.us, digg, Blogmarks, RawSugar, Reddit, or other bookmarking services so others will see that you recommend the article.
