Pie-splattered comedian Soupy Sales dies at 83 (AP via Yahoo! News)

Soupy Sales, the rubber-faced stand up comic whose anything-for-a-chuckle career was built upon 20,000 pies to the face as well as 5,000 live TV appearances opposite the half-century of laughs, has died. He was 83.
