WordPress 2.2 將完全支援 UTF-8 @ 天佑的自由天地

還有在 MySQL 4.1 時，就算是 UTF-8 character set 和 utf8 collation 都需要修改 wp-includes/wp-db.sql，否則中文都是顯示亂碼。
