Le Secrétaire d'État à la Consommation vient encore d'agir contre l'intérêt des consommateurs : il a balayé un amendement qui prévoyait l'affichage détaillé des prix lors d'une vente liée, notamment entre ordinateurs et logiciels. À cette occasion, il a menti quant à la jurisprudence existante. L'État français serait-il lié à la firme Microsoft ?
