saiu do ar meu portal, sem eu mexer?

seguinte fui entrar no portal e não abriu dando o seguinte erro: fatal error: _parse_resource_name() [function.require]: failed opening required '/home/httpd/htdocs/ventonbr/xoops/class/smarty/core/core.load_resource_plugin.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /home/httpd/htdocs/ventonbr/xoops/class/smarty/smarty.class.php on line 1651 eu vinha mexendo no portal normalmente e não modifiquei nenhum arquivo, ontem do nada, deu esse erro quando fui acessar, como pode isso?
