As a producer, one of my jobs is creating and understanding the game's master schedule. It's a never-ending task that requires constant refinement and adjustment. Anything that is added or changed can cause a cascade of unintended consequences which is why as game developers we have a responsibility to vet everything that goes into the game.

I am glad to invite you to the BossTalks.com. We are building a place, where you can come and talk. Most of you are the bosses. The bosses of your little business, ISV (and it doesn't matter what size is it), huge companies' project managers or officers, or just bosses-wannabe. We would even support a PMBOK-spoiled guys, if they will fit. Ask questions or tell us your stories.
