Château du Mas Déu

Ma famille cultive le terroir du Château du Mas Déu depuis 6 générations. Et j'ai l'intention de transmettre le vignoble à la prochaine génération de vignerons Oliver dans les meilleures conditions. C'est pourquoi nous avons toujours pratiqué l'agriculture raisonnée et que je suis en train de convertir notre vignoble à la viticulture biologique.
Nos projets incluent aussi de replanter certaines parcelles avec de la Malvoisie pour les vins doux naturels et du Mourvèdre pour les vins tranquilles rouges. En attendant, nos vénérables Carignan, Grenache et Maccabeu âgés de 60 ans continuent de produire des fruits d'une concentration exceptionnelle.
