"Le jargon permet d'aller plus vite ou d'intégrer une sorte de confrérie, avec son propre vocabulaire, constate Pierre Gojat. Mais, dans le cas de figure, il sert surtout à masquer le vide des concepts et de la pensée. L'anglais permet d'enrober d'un vernis de sérieux des formules puériles, infantilisantes."

Le "cadre" est le statut "bonne pioche" pour les entreprises, avec le fameux "forfait annuel" qui permet sans coût de déroger à la législation sur le temps de travail. Le cadre aujourd'hui n'encadre plus, et n'a pas non plus d'autonomie : le statut est vide de sens.
