Aaron Koblin is an an artist specializing in data visualization. His work takes social and infrastructural data and uses it to examine cultural trends and emergent patterns. Aaron’s work has been shown at international festivals including Ars Electronica, SIGGRAPH, OFFF, the Japan Media Arts Festival, and TED. He received the National Science foundation's first place award for science visualization and is part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York. As Technology Lead of Google’s Creative Lab in San Francisco, Aaron helped to launch Chrome Experiments, a website showcasing JavaScript work from designers around the world.

Arduino is an open-source electronics prototyping platform based on flexible, easy-to-use hardware and software. It's intended for artists, designers, hobbyists, and anyone interested in creating interactive objects or environments.
Arduino can sense the environment by receiving input from a variety of sensors and can affect its surroundings by controlling lights, motors, and other actuators. The microcontroller on the board is programmed using the Arduino programming language (based on Wiring) and the Arduino development environment (based on Processing). Arduino projects can be stand-alone or they can communicate with software on running on a computer (e.g. Flash, Processing, MaxMSP).
The boards can be built by hand or purchased preassembled; the software can be downloaded for free. The hardware reference designs (CAD files) are available under an open-source license, you are free to adapt them to your needs.
Arduino received an Honory Mention in the Digital Communities section of the 2006 Ars Electronica Prix.

Linkin Park is a truly unique band. They are not just Rock, Rap, or Electronica band. They compromise of a veritable mixture of different styles and stylists in music, this makes them a hybrid in the type of music they play and their fan-base too. I am true lover of Linkin Park
Linkin Park’s origin began in 1996 when rapper guitarist Brad Delson and the in famouis Mike Shinoda started a band called Xero. Other members of the band were Mark Wakefield the vocalist, Joseph Hahn the DJ, Rob Bourdon the drummer, and “Phoenix” Farrell the bassist. Xero made a four track demo tape including: Fuse, Stick N’ Move, Rhinestone, and Reading My Eyes.

Voilà un service web qui va faire swinger vos photos et les faire entrer dans une nouvelle dimension : Animoto met en scène vos photos et réalise pour vous à la volée un vidéo-clip plutôt péchu en quelques minutes.
Comment ça marche ?
C'est simple et efficace : vous créez un compte gratuitement, puis Animoto vous propose d'aller chercher vos photos sur un service de partage, Flickr ou autre en vous demandant de renseigner vos identifiants pour ce service. Une fois sur Flickr par exemple, Animoto retrouve vos sets de photos, puis les charge (compter quelques minutes selon la taille et le nombre de clichés) et vous propose alors de choisir une musique dans sa propre collection (indie rock, hip hop ou electronica) ou sur votre disque dur.
Vous choisissez ensuite entre la production d'un clip de 30 secondes ou une vidéo complète (de la durée de la chanson je suppose), et hop vous obtenez un joli vidéo-clip avec plein d'effets sympa pour épater vos grands-parents en leur montrant vos derniers exploits en Kite-surf sur un air de No One is Innocent.
