A JavaScript library to support HTML5 in non-compliant browsers

Add. Bruce Lawson : Dean was showing his new JavaScript library that plugs the holes in browsers’ HTML 5 implementations. If a browser does do something natively, ther library does nothing; otherwise it fills that gap—so now you can have Web Forms with all browsers, canvas in IE. As a bonus, it’s all keyboard accessible, everything looks like native UI controls and it even inherits the native Windows themes. I’m looking forward to helping beta test this baby.

Freezer est un programme gratuit qui permet de télécharger les musiques des sites comme deezer ou jiwa.fm. Il a été développé en tant que "preuve de concept" pour démontrer qu'en dépit de tous les eforts réalisés pour empêcher le téléchargement de leurs titres, ces sites sont toujours très peu sûr dasn la manière de diffuser leurs musique en streaming. La preuve de concept sera proablement étendue à d'autres sites, comme elle est basée sur un faille inhérente de leur protocole de diffusion. L'usage de ce programme ne peut se faire que pour télécharger des musiques "libres", sans copyright, autrement son utilisation devient illégale. Je ne saurais être tenu responsable pour toute mauvaise utilisation de freezer. Plus d'infos. Comme le programme est toujours en phase beta, il doit rester un bon nombre de bugs, mais il marche quand même. Le fonctionnement est simple, freezer filtre/analyse toutes les données http circulant entre votre navigateur et le site distant. Lorsqu'une musique de deezer ou jiwa est détectée, il affiche une fenetre demandant de l'enregistrer. Les flux est ensuite récupéré dans un fichier temporaire dont le mp3 est extrait quand le téléch

A better way to install wordpress… Traditionally to install WordPress you would have to download the archive, extract it to your computer, upload over 600 files to your website, and then set up your databases, etc. EasyWP takes all this pain an complexity out of installing WordPress by automating the whole process. Easy WP is a single php file that automatically downloads the latest version of WordPress to your server, extracts the archive (on your server), and takes you to the built in WordPress setup process.

Using the Web as our Content Management System on the BBC Music Beta - WWW2009 EPrints

In this paper, we describe the BBC Music Beta, providing a comprehensive guide to music content across the BBC. We publish a persistent web identifier for each resource in our music domain, which serves as an aggregation point for all information about it. We describe a promising approach in building web sites, by re-using structured data available elsewhere on the Web --- the Web becomes our Content Management System. We therefore ensure that the BBC Music Beta is a truly Semantic Web site, re-using data from a variety of places and publishing its data in a variety of formats.
