As you may know, Apple added Flickr uploading to iPhoto ‘09. As you may guess, I was a little perturbed at this since I pay my mortgage by selling, er, a Flickr upload plugin for iPhoto.
I acquired my copy of iLife ‘09 yesterday and decided to dive deep on how Apple have implemented Flickr integration in iPhoto ‘09. Here are the results of my investigation. Be aware as you read that this is the result of a morning’s click-around investigation and not months of serious use. I will do my best to give an honest assessment of what is in iPhoto ‘09, and you’ve already read my full disclosure in the previous paragraph.

Mail online have reported that UK pensioners with an existing equity release scheme could save up to £300 million collectively by switching to an alternative plan at a lower interest rate. Equity release rates are fixed for life and have reduced over the past few years from around 8% to approximately 6%. The site claims that customers who have loans with the longest established lenders such as, Northern Rock and Mortgage Express could gain significantly by switching. It is estimated that approximately 10,000 pensioners could save up to £30,000 in interest payments over a 15 year period by switching their current equity release plan to one with a lower interest rate.

The Prostitution Prevention Law, enacted in 1957, forbids the act of having "intercourse with an unspecified person in exchange for payment." It also punishes acts including soliciting by prostitutes and organized prostitution, such as operating brothels.
Legal experts say it is hard for police to crack down on prostitution because it is tricky to verify if a couple had consensual or compensated sex.
The law meanwhile does not ban paid sex with a "specified person," or someone who has become an acquaintance. It also defines sex exclusively as vaginal intercourse. Thus other paid sexual acts are not illegal.

How does AskMe Pro work?
Asking A Question
Users first enter the question they wish to ask.
They will then select the category and specify how much they are willing to pay for an answer.
The question will be listed in the system and users also have option to upgrade the question priority by paying a deposit.
Answering A Question
Experts will browse the system to search for questions that are within their field of expertise.
Once an expert has identified a question to answer, the expert will post an answer and a bid amount.
The question will be locked for a predefined period of time set by the expert. A locked question is to ensure that only 1 expert is working on it at a time and other experts will not be able to post an answer to the question.
The user will be notified via email and can then proceed to making payment in order to unlock the answer provided by the expert.
Once the answer has been unlocked, the user can then rate the quality of the answer on the scale of 0-5 and the actual amount the expert will get for providing the answer is based on the rating the user gives.
Revenue Stream
The admin will first set the corresponding amount the experts will receive (as a percentage of the question price) for each rating from a scale of 0 to 5
Let's say the admin set the amount to be 50% of the question price for the rating of 5 and if the user gives the answer a rating of 5, the expert will get 50% ($2.50) and remaining amount goes to the admin.
