In the beginning of 2009 Richard Darell (founder of the highly successful design blog Minervity.com) conceived the idea for a blog entirely focused around fun, on the edge and relevant subjects. In May 2009 Richard started developing the idea further and not long into the planning process Richard was joined by the talented blogger Misty Belardo. She showed tireless dedication and inspiration for the project and the two started working on the realisation of the concept BitRebels.com. The basic idea is to present a unique view on relevant subjects and make them eye catching in all its simplicity. The short yet striking blog posts are meant to make you think.
