Nous sommes implantés à Rostrenen, en centre Bretagne, sur l'axe Loudéac/ Carhaix/ Chateaulin, au carrefour des trois départements Finistère, Cotes d'Armor, Morbihan. La fabrique est installée dans un bâtiment traditionnel construit en 1919, ancien chai d'un négociant en vin. Le sous-sol est constitué d'une vaste cave enterrée idéale à la maturation du chouchenn.
