Dans quelques mois devraient être livrées dans la périphérie de Lyon les premières maisons « passives » françaises réalisées par un promoteur privé. Les 31 logements de la ZAC des « Hauts de Feuilly » auront une consommation énergétique inférieure à 15 kWh/m2/an, grâce notamment à une architecture bioclimatique, une isolation thermique optimale et une ventilation performante.
31 “maisons passives” de 110 à 155 m2 seront construites dans le Rhone. En effet, le 17 juin le Groupe MCP a inauguré la maison témoin de son programme de maisons passives à Saint-Priest. Pour obtenir l’appellation “Maison Passive” les maisons des Hauts de Feuilly s’appuient sur de nombreux critères.
