We were able to come up with rules that make using prefixes in almost any context simpler. Note, these are for the most part AUTHORING guidelines, not requirements when reading:
1. Reusing the same prefix in the same document with different meanings is horribly confusing (”If you did that, I’d break your figures.”). Possible to figure out, but not really desirable. Seems like a reasonable place for a warning.
2. Defining all the prefixes in one place makes it simpler to keep track of them. But understood when it would be simpler to define a new prefix for a section of content.
3. “Couldn’t you have a simple tool that just shows you what prefixes are defined at any point in the document?” How such a tool has failed to exist in the XML world… may write this.
Interestingness is a media (images, videos, etc) ranking algorithm to provide as an additional metric for search results. The algorithm is based upon an algorithm created by the Flickr team, and is further enhanced by metadata knowledge resulted from the Del.icio.us development. Offer to cook a meal for someone. 17. Offer to give someone a break -- babysit, hire a maid service for them, or even straighten her house yourself. 18. Clean out your closet. Give the gently-used clothing you no longer want to a shelter. 19. Take a photograph of something beautiful. Send it to someone, with the note: "This reminded me of you." 20. Give someone something of yours -- a book, perhaps, or a small trinket -- with no expectation of return. 21. Blow out a candle. Make a wish on someone else's behalf as you do it. 22. Make a short list of the things you love about someone you love. Leave the list where they can find it. 23. Make a date to have coffee or a glass of wine with an old friend. 24. Say "I love you." Mean it.

everyone has different ways to prepare for things and keep their lives organized -- one of mine is to make lists. lots of lists. It helps me remain calm when I have lots to do. It also keeps me from forgetting simple things like replying to a letter or buying a needed supply. I don't know what I would do if I didn't stop and take the time to make a daily list or add a few things to a post-it note.
