It happens quite often that a blogger publishes posts or static pages on a regular basis which have the same structure. Think about for example a "picture of the day" daily post. With current wordpress state, we need to spend a lot of time doing copy/paste between posts instead of actually writing content. Pydermonkey’s mission is pretty simple and straightforward: it’s just meant to wrap Spidermonkey’s C API as faithfully as possible—including its debugging API—while enforcing the memory safety that Python is known for. This makes it awfully low-level for casual programmers, but thanks to Python’s awesome support for magic methods, it’s not hard to create high-level wrappers that provide much more convenient bridging between JavaScript and Python code.

remoteobjects are real subclassable Python objects on which you can build a rich API library. remoteobjects provides easy coding and transfer between Python objects and a JSON REST API. You can define the resources in a RESTful API as `RemoteObject` classes and their properties. These objects then support using the basic HTTP verbs to request and submit data to the API.
Increasingly, hardware products (especially consumer electronics) include computers, sensors, and connections to the Internet. These capabilities enable changes in what products “know,” how they are used, and how we develop them. They are becoming more like websites. This simple fact became apparent to me during my work at Dash Navigation as their design director.
Last but not least, we have also improved some of our accessibility features. The Overlay widget now prevents focus from going to other elements when set to "modal", InfoPanel has better ARIA support and the Slider widget has more intuitive keyboard access for screenreader users.
