Enunciate is a Web service deployment framework. It is not another Web service stack implementation. Rather, Enunciate leverages existing Web service technologies to provide a mechanism to build, package, deploy, and to clearly, accurately deliver your Web service API on the Java platform. Enunciate's novel approach to Web service development centers around leveraging all components of an API that are definied and maintained in original source code (as opposed to only those that are defined by compiled bytecode). This means that Web service development is done completely in source code, where it can be maintained using your favorite IDE and where the development entry barrier is low. However, by starting with original source code, Enunciate avoids the interoperabilty issues of code-first development by forcing developers at compile time to reconcile any ambiguities or other potential hazards in the formal contract. This model is formalized as the "compiled contract" development model. Currently, Enunciate generates code for the Java 1.4 platform and the Java 5 platform, but has plans to add modules that generate code for the .NET and C/C platforms in the future. Audio/Video Instructional Materials for Python There is a growing body of podcasts, screencasts and video presentations for the Python community and here we have collected some of the best and provide a roadmap to the rest. And as we would like to encourage more materials, we also provide some pointers to how you can get started sharing your knowledge as well. For those seeking an introduction to Python and what it is capable of, we have ten 5-minute videos that give an overview of some usage domain of Python. And for those wanting to automate the retrieval of these materials, here is a Python script that parses XML/RSS feeds and downloads the items. Note: The difference between a screencast and a video is a semantic one, but generally a screencast is a video lecture that focuses on looking at actual source code or other such text on the presenter's desktop. A video, as the term is used here, is usually shot with a standalone camera of a presenter talking, sometimes and sometimes not with a readable view of his slides. Or put another way, a screencast is a movie of software and requires higher quality video than a talking head lecture.

ARIA, formerly known as DHTML accessibility, is an up-and-coming standard being developed at W3C - World Wide Web Consortium. All documents are available on the Protocols and Formats Working Group public page. This includes the ARIA roadmap, the ARIA roles spec and the states module.
